Single storey rear extension to replace a dated conservatory and provide the family with a large kitchen, dining and family space. Making a connection with the garden and light were key isses.


Part of a converted stable block was given a modern revamp and a conservatory was added to the grade II listed building. New elements inluded two new staircases and a modern fireplace.


A single storey kitchen extension with a large skylight to provide maximum light into the 

north-west facing space. The existing kitchen was converted into a breakfast room and the family room was refurbished.


A new terrace was added to allow easier access to the kitchen from the front gate and the stairs leading to the front door were re-arranged to let more light into the lower ground floor bedrooms.


This 2 storey addition was designed to increase the living room and enhance the Master Bedroom and Bath. Overlooking the garden, the main aim was to maximise views and light.

Great Bookham

A new development of one bedroom flats was designed for a local developer working together with a charity to provide  sheltered housing.


A two storey side extension was added as well as a single storey kitchen and study. To add character to the main living room, an inglenook fireplace was built and the roof and all the windows were replaced. 


A two storey front extension was added to this property to create a larger entrance hallway, downstairs toilet and a small utility area at ground floor and an additional bedroom at first floor. The kitchen and dining rooms were opened up to create a large kitchen/diner at the rear of the property overlooking the garden. The bathroom was completely refurbished and an en-suite was added.


A single storey rear extension was added to provide additional dining room space and create an internal access to the study, where an en-suite was added. Insulation, windows and heating were upgraded to make it a more usable office, hobby or guest area.


A two storey side extension was added to provide a garage and additional bedroom and en-suite above. A loft conversion has also been added to provide another bedroom and shower room in the roof space. A new driveway and fence at the front of the property has opened up the north side, bringing more light into the kitchen.


This garden retreat was designed for the odd guest as well as future space for 4 growing boys.

Overlooking the Mole river, the main aim was to maximise views and light.


This 2 storey addition and single extension with refurbishment throughout provides a comfortable 6 bedroom, 4 bath and 3 reception room home. The front door was moved to create a new entry. A family room and gym was added to the ground floor along with a renovated kitchen. The first floor was enhanced with a master bedroom, bath and dressing room. On the second floor a loft space was added with two rooms and a bath. 


This loft conversion provides a new comfortable, light and airy bedroom with ensuite bath and dressing area.  Internal alterations were also undertaken on the first floor to create an en-suite and refurbish the previous master bedroom.
