About me

Born in America to Swedish parents, I have spent most of my life living in England. I have always been interested in design and spent a large part of my childhood drawing and making things, not surprisingly my favourite toy as a young child was Lego!

Five years spent living in Sweden as a young adult, working and studying Art History at Stockholm University allowed me to persue many interests such as modern art, life drawing and Interior Design. I then decided to return to England to study Architecture at the University of Brighton.

After graduating from The University of Brighton with a Diploma in Architecture, I spent 5 years working for a conservation practice in Surrey. After my son was born, I decided to set up my own practice and have been going for more than 20 years now.

I specialise in residential work of all kinds from small garage and loft conversions to new houses.

I like to provide practical and functional spaces that are versatile enough to allow for life's ever changing journey. Light and feeling of space are key issues, as well as practical items like storage and utility spaces. I enjoy the process of working with Clients to help them improve their homes, making them bigger and better.

When my two children allow me any time for hobbies, I enjoy photography, reading, DIY and making things (still!).
